THE TIPS:

Substitute regular milk with 1% milk and soda with diet soda - pretty soon you won't notice the difference

In fact, many people insist that diet coke tastes much better than regular coke, less bitter

Substitute solid food with liquid food like diet coke, juice, low-fat milk and flavored water

Eat solid food only once a day and avoid using oil for cooking

'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter' may have approximately 0 calories per spritz, but if you use a lot of it, the calories add up

Chew a lot of gum- not only does it curb your appetite, it builds kick-ass jaw muscles!

The best gum is Juicy Fruit because it does not cause unpleasant side effects when consumed in large quantities (e.g. osmotic diarrhea)



Turkey is leaner than any other meat

Wearing a single color from head to toe streamlines the body and makes you appear taller and slimmer

If you don't want to eat a meal (e.g. breakfast), you needn't feel compelled to do so - Skip it!
